Eric Baronsky formed Baron Marketing Group, Inc. (BMG) in 2004 to create global business ventures associated with land development and the entertainment industry. Prior to BMG, Eric's 20-year career comprised of: Commercial; Feature; Corporate; Documentary and Animation production. He produced for clients such as Boeing, JVC, Mitsubishi Energy, Yamaha Watercraft, Purina, Re/Max, AT&T, SeaWorld Adventure Parks, and others.
Born in Paris, France, and raised in the United States, Eric holds dual citizenship and is bilingual. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a Minor in Music and Philosophy from Loyola Marymount University, he also attended the National Conservatoire de Region de Strasbourg, where he continued studies in music composition.
From 1993–98, Eric designed and managed the animation-recording studio, Blupka Productions, Inc. He worked with all major Hollywood talent agencies and supervised the casting, directing, and recording of such hit animated TV series as: "Men In Black"; "Ghostbusters"; "The Tick” and "Jumanji".
In 2000 Eric founded Lookout Entertainment. As CEO and Executive Producer of this LA design and production firm, he served the advertising and theme park industries. He was in charge of art direction, eight figure budgets, leading a staff of twelve and up to one hundred fifty part-time employees. Trade affiliations included AICP, TEA & IAAPA.
In 2002, Mr. Baron’s company delivered “R.L. Stine’s Haunted Lighthouse” a formidable 3D/4D large format (70mm) attraction, produced for Busch Entertainment Corporation a division of Anheuser Busch Companies, Inc.
New opportunities then shifted from film production to conceptual design proposals for location-based attractions in the US and China, including SeaWorld Adventure Parks (San Diego), Ocean Park (Hong Kong), Phoenix Gardens (Ningbo China) and others.
Increasing interest in international land development caused Eric to restructure and form Baron Marketing Group, Inc. in 2004. Shortly thereafter, he secured the worldwide right to represent and procure land development projects for the French attraction-park and design company, Puy du Fou. Concurrently, other types of representation opportunities unfolded.
Legendary Heavyweight Boxing Champion Evander Holyfield became a client for whom Eric negotiated his life-story book deal (Becoming Holyfield: A Fighter's Journey), along with endorsements and other related business affairs. In addition, he has worked on George Foreman’s life-story project, feature film development for Jessica Simpson and was marketing representative to Juan Baby Bull Diaz, WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO World Lightweight Champion.
In addition to supporting the Georgia Council on Child Abuse, the American Cancer Society (ACS) and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children Eric has traveled throughout the world for work and leisure, seeking exciting challenges, extraordinary opportunities and the privilege to help others.
