Seeing in Light

When paintings are exhibited they must be well lighted, similar to being well dressed for an special event. So much work goes into creating art, so so much of everything. I have just come back from the opening of an exhibition where my paintings along with a few others were carelessly and certainly inadequately lighted. To boot my two pieces were hung on seriously scuffed-up walls, with holes in them. Please... Not much gets to me anymore... but I definitely need some soup and quiet time now. Some things for me to reconsider perhaps. Sharing the journey friends, just sharing the journey. Wishing you all purposeful and unblemished light. May we all see things the way they really are. Goodnight. Lov e~

When a bloom discovers the sun, it becomes nourished and embodies magnificent color, unique shape and sweet perfume. In just this way, humans also resemble flowers and are most beautiful and bold when in the light of nature.
