The Stakes are High- No Practice, No Yield

I don't believe we ever gain. We neither gain or lose. To measure things, actions or people (including ourselves) is to self-appoint oneself as Creator and judge one thing more or less important than the other. Instead, I believe that it is wiser to interpret all human experiences equanomously so that our evolution is realized in a manner that is consistent with a universe that is constantly looking to express its magnificent potential through all beings. The key is to learn how to override our 500 million year old fear-based reptillian brain. In order to free oneself from the archaic programming of modern Homo sapiens and even Neandertals, each individual must turn within to experientially rediscover their purest spiritual nature. In effect, this process returns the mind to the status of 'Chief Engineer' and the spirit as 'Captain of the Ship'. The programming of lack and limitation that the Cro- Magnons for instance had more reason to develop and be concerned about than us, their decadent decedents in this 21st century, can gradually be altered and upgraded whereby the circus of hyper-sensations and notions of scarcity, that drive cravings and aversions, significantly dissipate. A life of spiritual (not religious) mindfulness and meditation will carry the childlike whining sensations so far downstream that they will no longer interrupt our functioning and impede our intentions from being realized. As a result, one lives a life that is all good, always. An existence that is peaceful, joyful and allowed to reveal its most unique potential. Stress, worry... misery eventually vanish leaving only happiness, confidence, compassion and blissful peace. Remember, there is no yield for any idea or intention that is not diligently practiced.

When a bloom discovers the sun, it becomes nourished and embodies magnificent color, unique shape and sweet perfume. In just this way, humans also resemble flowers and are most beautiful and bold when in the light of nature.
